Accor Asia Pacific has appointed Francis Lee as Director of Sales - Japan. Mr Lee is a Malaysian national with extensive experience in sales management in Japan over many years. The new appointment follows Accor’s recent accelerated hotel growth in Japan. The group recently announced Mercure Hotel Ginza Tokyo, which will open later this year and join an existing network of seven Accor hotels in Japan: the pioneering Sofitel Tokyo, Sofitel The Cypress Nagoya, Novotels in Yokohama and Koshien, a Mercure at Narita Airport and two Formule 1 hotels at Numazu and Isesaki.
