America West Airlines today
announced a marketing relationship with Awards for Mortgage and Real
Estate(TM). This new partnership enables members of FlightFund(R), America
West’s frequent flyer program, to earn miles for real estate transactions,
new mortgages, refinancing, home equity loans and van line services.

Miles can be earned in the following increments on home transactions: *
1,300 miles for each $10,000 financed, refinanced or borrowed as a home
equity loan on the closing date. * 3,000 miles for each $10,000 of home
purchase and/or sale price. * 1,000 miles for each $1,000 of approved,
participating van line moving services. * 5,000 additional bonus miles
when combining multiple services. * Bonus miles for FlightFund(R) Elite
members.

a special bonus offer. For new home loan applications received between now
and May 31, 2004, 1,800 miles will be awarded for every $10,000 financed
or refinanced at closing—a bonus of 500 miles per $10,000. For
