Brentwood Bay Lodge `First Night is On Us’

Guests at Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa will not have to book three or four
nights to earn a free stay in the magnificent new British Columbia
oceanfront resort—they will enjoy a complimentary stay the day they
arrive.
As part of the luxury hotel’s opening celebrations, the “First Night is on
Us” promotion includes a free night’s stay with two or more nights spent
in one of the resort’s spectacular ocean-view suites. Gourmet breakfast
for two each morning, valet parking, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access and
long- distance phone calls throughout North America are also included.
Introductory room rates start at $495 CDN (approximately $367 USD) nightly
based on double occupancy. The resort opens May 27, and the offer is
available to August 31.

“We are delighted to unveil our resort with this great deal,” says Scott
Mawhinney, General Manager of the Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa. “We look
forward to welcoming our first guests with superior service and ensuring
they enjoy a most memorable time.”

Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa is a sanctuary for guests seeking an intimate
getaway to unwind and enjoy fine dining, exceptional recreational
activities and inspired spa treatments. Three-day spa, golf, dive and
honeymoon offers are also available with details online at

Set on a pristine inlet of ancient waters, the simple elegance of
Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa’s timber-and-glass building reflects the beauty
of this unspoiled area. Overlooking its private 65-slip marina, the resort
is nestled in a quaint seaside village surrounded by acres of rainforest,
charming wineries and organic farms. Ready outdoor pursuits such as
unsurpassed kayaking, scuba-diving, sailing, fishing and hiking accent the
resort’s appeal.

Celebrated Executive Chef Brock Windsor and Sommelier Brian Storen lead
the resort’s Arbutus Grille & Wine Bar. The restaurant features Vancouver
Island cuisine and was awarded Best Wine List in the first-time entry
category and a Silver Award for expertise, ingenuity and effort in
producing a wine selection that complements their unique philosophy at the
2004 Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival.
