Continental offer new nonstop services to the Caribbean

Continental Airlines yesterday announced it will begin nonstop service June 10 from its Houston hub at George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Montego Bay in Jamaica and to Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, in addition to its flights from Newark Liberty International Airport. The new flights will operate four times a week in the summer.Flights will depart Houston at 3:55 p.m., arriving in Montego Bay at 7:05 p.m. Return service from Montego Bay will depart at 10:00 a.m., arriving in Houston at 1:15 p.m. Jamaica is a prime year-round tourist destination.

Flights to Port of Spain will depart Houston at 3:30 p.m., arriving in the capital of Trinidad and Tobago at 9:55 p.m. Return service from Port of Spain will depart at 9:00 a.m., arriving in Houston at 1:15 p.m.

Continental will operate both new destinations with a 124-seat Boeing 737, with flights timed for convenient connections at George Bush Intercontinental to and from dozens of destinations throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.
