Superclick Names Two Executives to Its Boardof Directors

Superclick today announced that it has named
Stephen J. Montague and Jacobo Melcer to its Board of Directors. Chairman
of the Board, Todd M. Pitcher commented that “we are extremely pleased to
add two gentlemen of Mr. Montague and Mr. Melcer’s caliber to the board
and are confident that the industry experience that they possess will add
depth to the Company’s Board and substantial value to the Company’s
management team in its efforts to execute its business plan.”

Stephen J. Montague is currently the Director of Information Technology at
Westmont Hospitality Group, which owns and operates a diverse selection of
more than 700 hotel properties across Canada, the United States and
Europe. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors to GLOBALIVE
Communications and the CIO Summit Ryerson IT Leadership Development
Program. Mr. Montague has also served as Director of Product Marketing at
CRM Solutions and Network Engineering Senior Manager at Nortel Networks.
Mr. Montague holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Waterloo, Ontario.

Jacobo Melcer is Chairman and President of Frontcom.com, Inc., a provider
of broadband services for Mexico/US border towns. He is the founder and
serves as a Director of CPM Electronics Inc., a leading distributor of
telecommunications and electronics products in Latin America. Mr. Melcer
is also Founder of Grupo MEXEL, Mexico’s leading high technology
integrator for the last 30 years. In addition, Mr. Melcer is a founder of
ACT Networks, a publicly traded U.S. company that is a world-leader in
frame-relay technology and has served on ACT’s Board of Directors through
the public offering. Mr. Melcer holds a degree in Physics from the
Universidad National Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) with a Master’s Degree in
Oceanography.
