US Airways Reaches Online Milestone

US Airways reached another online milestone when Betty Golda, from Pine
Beach, N.J., became the one-millionth passenger to check in at
usairways.com. US Airways launched online Flight Check-In in December 2002.Golda was awarded two roundtrip tickets valid for travel anywhere US
Airways flies in North America.

“Flight Check-In at usairways.com is an excellent complement to our ticket
agents and kiosks at the airport, especially in the busy holiday travel
season,” said Kerry Carstairs, US Airways vice president of direct
distribution. “We are very pleased that over a million customers have
discovered the convenience of obtaining boarding passes from home or the
office.”

Customers with e-tickets for travel on US Airways within the U.S. can
check in on the usairways.com homepage beginning 24 hours, and up to 90
minutes, prior to departure by entering personal and flight departure
information. Once in the reservation, customers can view the itinerary,
select seats, and print boarding passes. Passengers needing to check
baggage can do so at curbside.

proceed through security checkpoints. US Airways customers can also check
in and obtain boarding passes at 445 Self-Service Check-In kiosks
throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
