InterActiveCorp
plans to acquire Anyway.com, the third largest online travel shop in France for an enterprise value of $63 million.
Anyway.com is the Paris-based subsidiary of Canadian packaged tour operator Transat AT Inc. The transaction is expected to closeby October 31st, 2003. Following the completion of the transaction, Anyway will operate as part of IAC travel which consists of: Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Interval International, TV Travel Shop and Hotwire.
