Passengers can now purchase electronic tickets for travel on Air Jamaica by phone or on the airline’s website. 
To use the e-ticketing service on the web, passengers log on to www.airjamaica.com and click on “booking”. Once an itinerary has been confirmed and the credit card charge processed, passengers will receive an email directing them to www.airjamaica.com/virtuallythere for their receipt and confirmation code. By phone, passengers in the US simply call the airline’s toll free number, 1 800 523 5585, and make their reservations. Provided they supply an email address, they will also receive an e-receipt and confirmation. 

To book via either method, passengers must possess a valid US credit card, which may be used to purchase tickets in the name of the cardholder or passengers traveling with the cardholder. Once the charge has been processed and a confirmation code issued for travel, passengers may simply quote the code or present a copy of their e-receipt at airport check in to receive their boarding pass.
