Nicci Anstey, formerly International Trainer for Elemis, has been promoted to International Training Development Manager. Anstey started with Elemis as a trainer in November 1999 and has consistently delivered an exceptional standard of training to beauty and massage therapists all over the world. Ansteyå‘s well-deserved promotion will now provide her with the opportunity to deliver and further develop these same high standards of therapy through the International Elemis Training Team.

Nicci Anstey’s career first began when she trained in CIBTAC at Nottingham’s Mary Bolton College of Beauty Therapy. Following her course, she began an 18 month work placement at Ragdale Hall in Leicestershire, UK which is where she first realised her dream was to travel the world and work on board the cruise ships. To gain further experience Nicci worked in a salon in her hometown of Stoke-on-Trent until she was 21 and old enough to be employed on board the ships.

Anstey’s first on board experience came when she joined Coiffeur Transocean where she spent three years. In 1990 she relocated to London to work for the Essanelle chain based in their flagship salon at Harrods. It was here that Anstey spent three years with the company before being promoted to Regional Beauty Supervisor for central London predominately responsible for overseeing and implementing standards and procedures.

With a further desire to develop her retail management skills, Anstey joined Sisley UK based at Harrods and spent a year working at the store before moving to Harvey Nichols where she where she stayed for a further four years. It was during her time with Sisley that her passion for education developed - with a desire to combine education and therapy, she joined the Elemis Training Team and went on to achieve her teacher training certificate.
