Spa Heaven for Chocoholics at the Hotel Hershey

According to American chocolate giant, Hershey, chocolate is not just a treat to eat, but a necessary ingredient for some truly innovative spa therapies.

Located in the rolling hills of Hershey, overlooking the famous Hershey Gardens, the $7 million, three-story, 17,000 sq-ft Spa at The Hotel Hershey opened as a full-service, European-style spa, incorporating its indigenous ingredients of chocolate and roses into innovative spa services

As the story goes; chocolate magnate Milton Hershey gave us chocolate, and his wife Catherine gave us her love of roses. Chocolate and roses, among many other indigenous elements, are the basis of the unique treatments at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey.

The design of the spa draws its influence from High Point mansion, the home of, Milton and Catherine Hershey. Echoing the High Point estate, and incorporating Catherine`s love of roses, Hershey has created a totally unparalleled spa sanctuary where chocolate spa treatments, such as the Whipped Cocoa Bath, Cocoa Butter Scrub and Chocolate Fondue Wrap, can be experienced.

Of this unique experience, the company states; “Throughout the spa journey, guests will discover aromas, flavours, textures, sounds and vistas that are uniquely Hershey. They can take it all in and let the stress melt away. It is a haven of innovative and relaxing spa services, where guests will enjoy old world elegance, timeless sophistication and the unmistakable touch of Hershey.”
