Located on exclusive Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman, The Ritz-Carlton Golf and Spa resort will include 366 guestrooms, 71 residences, and the island`s only full-service spa.Michael Ryan will develop and own the $350 million facility, including the resort and the residences at The Ritz-Carlton. Both will be managed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., making this resort the company`s fifth
Ritz-Carlton Caribbean property.

Situated on 144 acres extending from Seven Mile Beach to the North Sound, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will also feature; four dining outlets, a nine-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, and a 16,000 sq-ft full-service spa, salon and fitness centre.

Design of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will blend the Caribbean landscape with British-Colonial architecture. The exterior and interior design will consist of ivory buildings with white rooftops, arched doorways and high ceilings.

In addition, recreational facilities will include two outdoor pools and a variety of water sport activities. The spa, salon and fitness centre will feature complete workout facilities and fitness programmes, male and female locker rooms, sophisticated spa and massage services with separate treatment rooms, and a beauty salon. A retail promenade will also be located at the beachfront resort.
