Canyon Ranch Inspires Young Adults


Canyon Ranch has announced a coed programme for teens aged between 13-17 years in a bid to educate young adults and provide an inspiring lifestyle experience.
The world renowned health resort has teamed up with Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs in America to present a one-of-kind experience å‘For Smarter Minds and Bodieså’. 


The three-week coed programmes, for 13 to 17 years-olds, will be held at Bryn Mawr College in suburban Philadelphia. Residential and Day Sessions are scheduled for June 23 to July 13 and July 14 to August 3, 2003. The programme offers a unique opportunity for any teen interested in learning how to get the most out of life by living healthier every day.


The company states, “Whether they are athletes interested in improving their sports performance, physical fitness buffs looking for challenging workouts, or teens who want to learn more about the mind/body connection, they will experience high-energy fun while developing the take-home tools they need for a lifetime of good physical and spiritual health”.


Canyon Ranch nutritionists, exercise physiologists and group leaders will work alongside Julian Krinsky staff members. Each teen designs his or her own programme, selecting from more than 50 activities and classes, including strength training, mountain biking, rock climbing, yoga, T’ai Chi, kickboxing, tennis, golf, meditation, nutritional fitness, journal writing and more.
