Greenwoods Estate is the first health spa and retreat to open in Essex, England.
The property, a ‘dream realised’ for successful Essex business woman, Kathleen West, is based in idyllic Stock and built around an original Georgian mansion.
The 39-bedroom property is set in stunning landscaped gardens and boasts a fully equipped spa together with a restaurant which offers a standard of culinary delights unsurpassed in the area.

Each of the bedrooms has been furnished to the highest standards. Fabrics have been sourced throughout Europe and the marble embellishing each bathroom is Italy’s finest. Adorned with antiques and handmade furniture, even the artwork has been specially commissioned and created expressly for Greenwoods Estate, visitors here really do enter a realm where luxury is the standard.

The 20-metre indoor lap pool allows guests to swim for exercise or float for relaxation, whereas the tranquil spa enables guests to relax and rejuvenate with the very latest spa treatments from CARITA, Elemis, Decléor and Jessica.
The appointed men’s and women’s rest and relaxation areas are each equipped with sauna, steam room and the new spa must-have, an Ice Bar. There is also a state-of-the-art gym and fitness studio offering a wide range of movement and fitness classes including yoga and Pilates.

Award winning Executive Chef, Jonathan Brown and his team provide guests with gastronomic delights from the Greenwoods Estate restaurant, which looks set to be a success in its own right. Using only the freshest organic ingredients, all dishes are nutritionally balanced ensuring guests benefit from delicious yet healthy fine dining.
