Sabre has appointed Andrea Borsoi to the newly-created position of account director of joint ventures for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role Borsoi will be leading Sabre’s proactive drive to seek joint venture partnerships in new markets.
Previously Borsoi was Sabre’s senior account and project manager of leisure marketing, where he developed and managed business relationships with the company’s key European leisure customers. Most recently he was responsible for making Tirrenia di Navigazione, the biggest ferry company in Europe, available in Sabre.
Sabre has dedicated European offices in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.  Sabre personnel, based in these locations, identify the needs of their local markets and develop new and existing tools to help local agencies and associates better serve their clients.
