AMERICAN AIRLINES’ POPULAR “Daily FAAres”

Fresh off the fun and success of last week’s domestic “Daily FAAres,” American Airlines and American Eagle are going international with the concept.

“Daily FAAres” offer special low prices and the fun of checking AA.com (www.aa.com) each day to see what fares and markets are available. This time, “Daily FAAres” are featuring low-cost fares priced from $108 to $749 round trip to Latin America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. “Daily FAAres” will be offered periodically throughout the year, so it pays to check AA.com regularly.

International “Daily FAAres” work much like the domestic offerings. This time, each day for five days (May 10 through May 14), American and American Eagle will post approximately 20 international markets on AA.com. If customers see something they like, they must book the special online at AA.com that same day while the fare is still displayed. The next morning a different group of international markets with discount fares will be displayed on “The Daily FAAres” section of AA.com.

Here are the fare rules of international “Daily FAAres”:
Three-day advance purchase - must purchase online at AA.com
Travel days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only
Current international “Daily FAAres” travel dates - May 18 through June 17

Saturday night stay required
Fares are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-reusable
As always, we can’t promise which markets or prices customers will see when they visit “The Daily FAAres” section of AA.com. But we can hint—$268 round trip between Dallas/Fort Worth and Mexico City, or $399 round trip between New York and San Jose, Costa Rica, or $279 round trip between New York and Bermuda.

Sounds pretty good - if customers act fast. Like we say about “Daily FAAres” - “you snooze - you lose!”
