Fares under this Internet only sale apply for travel within the domestic U.S. or between the U.S. and Canada. Travel to or from the states of Arizona, Florida, California, Colorado, Nevada and Washington is excluded. Travel must be roundtrip on US Airways, the US Airways Express carriers, US Airways Shuttle and/or MetroJet. Minimum stay requirements apply.

This holiday sale requires tickets to be purchased at the time that the reservation is made via US Airways’ Internet reservations system at using an approved major credit card. The Internet sale fares become nonrefundable 24 hours after making the initial reservation, but under certain circumstances may be changed for a $75 administrative fee—$50 for travel on US Airways Shuttle—plus the difference between the two fares, if applicable. US Airways does not apply a change or cancellation fee for MetroJet travel.

Ticket prices under this fare sale are roundtrip and do not include applicable airport passenger facility charges of $3 to $12, depending on the itinerary, and $2.50 federal excise tax applied to each flight segment. For Canada travel, additional taxes/fees/surcharges of up to 8 percent plus $17 ($42 for tickets purchased in Canada) apply.

Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Fares are subject to change and may not always be lower than US Airways’ other low fares to select destinations. Other conditions may apply.

Depending on travel needs, alternative connections may be available at the same fares, with all or part of the service on regional aircraft operated by US Airways Express carriers Allegheny, Air Midwest, CCAIR, Chautauqua, Colgan Air, CommutAir, Mesa, Piedmont, or PSA.

In addition, customers will receive 5,000 bonus Dividend Miles the first time they book online and 1,000 bonus Dividend Miles thereafter, when purchasing a roundtrip ticket through and flying on US Airways, US Airways Express, US Airways Shuttle or MetroJet through March 31, 2000. The 5,000-mile bonus consists of a 4,000-mile first-time bonus, in addition to the 1,000 miles that US Airways already provides for tickets purchased through US Airways’ Internet site.
