British Airways launches Club Europe packages online

British Airways has announced that booking a luxury holiday on ba.com has
just got easier with the launch of Club Europe packages online, building
upon its recently introduced dynamic packaging technology.

Since the DP launch, British Airways has taken on more than 600 luxury 5*
hotels across Europe following increasing customer demand over the last few
months. As well as existing customer favourites - such as the Kempinski
Berlin and the Regina Baglioni in Rome - Europe has seen a spate of new
luxury hotel openings: March 2009 launched the 1835 White Palm in Cannes
boasting one of the most prestigious sea water thermal baths in the world.
April 2009 marked the official opening of the first ever Sheraton Hotel in
Prague; May 2009 saw the grand opening of The Augustine, part of the Rocco
Forte collection, also in Prague. The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in
Dubrovnik Sun Gardens unveiled its stunning views of the Adriatic in July
2009. In October 2009, the stunning W in Barcelona opened its doors for the
first time including a sleek rooftop bar and Spain’s first Bliss Spa,
closely followed by the anticipated opening of the stylish Mandarin
Oriental Barcelona in December 2009.

As the top-end luxury holiday trend continues, the next W hotel opening is
planned in St Petersburg and Shangri-La is looking at opening its first
property in Paris.

Club Europe packages are available across the airline’s short haul network
including British Airways’ top selling European cities for 2009: Rome,
Barcelona and Prague.

Customers will still have the option to select flight and hotel only, but
by using the new technology they can now easily create their own
personalised luxurious European holiday package which can offer better
prices than before while remaining reassuringly British Airways.
