Body found in Mediterranean Cruise search
The search for a British woman who fell overboard from a P&O cruise ship in the Atlantic has been called after a body was recovered from the sea off the coast of Spain.
The passenger, who had been sailing on the Aurora from the Portuguese city of Oporto to Barcelona, was reported missing on Friday.
The ship’s crew were alerted and ordered an immediate search for the unnamed woman.
A P&O spokeswoman said: ‘A body has been recovered from the water by the ship’s crew.
“Our care team are looking after the family.’
