Anna Guillan returns to Hayman and Mulpha Hotels Australia
Hayman is delighted to welcome the return of highly respected tourism professional Anna Guillan in the position of Executive General Manager Sales & Marketing Hayman and Mulpha Hotels Australia.
Ms Guillan rejoins Hayman at a time in which the iconic Australian destination embarks upon a major upgrade program throughout the resort including the development of new Beach Villas (opening in December 2010) and the scheduled completion and delivery of the first Hayman Private Residence, which is set to redefine luxury lifestyle home ownership.
Ms Guillan originally joined Hayman in 1999 as Director of Sales & Marketing following nine years with InterContinental Sydney and was a key player in the previous positioning of Hayman as a benchmark in resort excellence throughout a period in which substantial upgrading occurred across all areas of the resort operation.
Mulpha Head of Hotel Investment and Hayman Managing Director, Lloyd Donaldson, who was responsible for overseeing the initial upgrades and continues to lead the current projects, welcomed Ms Guillan’s return.

Ms Guillan holds many respected positions within the Australian tourism industry including Vice-Chair of the Australian Tourism Export Council and a member of Tourism Australia’s Business Events Industry Advisory Panel, USA Tourism Australia Industry Advisory Panel and Southern Cross University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Advisory Board. In recognition of her dedication and contribution to the tourism industry, Ms Guillan was also a previous New South Wales Finalist in the prestigious Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
Ms Guillan was most recently Executive General Manager Sales & Marketing with Voyages Hotels & Resorts, heading the sales and marketing efforts of its entire resort portfolio.
Mulpha Hotels’ tourism assets in Australia include Hayman, Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove, InterContinental Sydney, Hilton Melbourne Airport and The Hotel School Sydney.
