Amadeus UK strengthens commercial team
Amadeus has bolstered its commercial approach in the UK with the recent appointment of Kevin Myhill to head of corporate direct, and Liz Emmott to head of sales.
Myhill and Emmott are both based at Amadeus UK’s head office at Gatwick Airport.
Myhill will lead the growth of Amadeus’s expert consultancy and corporate segment through direct sales to large corporations and through the company’s strategic partners.
He will spearhead Amadeus’ sales strategy supporting the market launch of Amadeus Cytric Travel and Expense, a fully integrated solution that is designed to achieve direct and indirect cost savings in corporate travel.
In turn, Emmott will help prospective customers benefit from the latest Amadeus technology to drive productivity and deliver a more competitive offering through bespoke IT and optimised business processes across the leisure and business travel sectors.

Myhill joins Amadeus with over 25 years’ experience in enterprise software sales.
He was previously responsible for the expansion of Vistair cloud-based aviation solutions across the global market.
Prior roles include growing new business in the UK and Ireland for Infor Global Solutions and building EMEA market share for ServiceSource.
He is also a professional pilot.
Emmott joins Amadeus following 18 years working for American Express Europe, gaining experience across the payments, financial services, and corporate business travel sectors.
