Amadeus has signed a multi-year renewal and expansion of a long-term business partnership with Carlson Wagonlit Travel to provide technology.
As part of this agreement, Carlson Wagonlit Travel counsellors around the globe will have access to extensive travel content on the Amadeus Travel Platform and the latest technology including Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.
The combination of the content and the tools will empower Carlson Wagonlit Travel counsellors to deliver quality and personalised services to travellers in a simplified and more effective manner.

A key part of Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s strategy is to streamline its platforms and processes in order to be more efficient and ultimately deliver better traveller experiences.
The implementation of Amadeus’ latest technology will support Carlson Wagonlit Travel in executing its strategy.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel recently joined Amadeus’ NDC-X program and will be working with Amadeus to connect travel sellers and airlines using the IATA NDC standard.
