All Discovery cruising reports positive feedback to online training from Co-op Travel

All Discovery Cruising’s online agent training programme, which has been designed to assist agents in selling all three cruise brands – Hebridean Island Cruises, Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery – is receiving strong reviews from trade partners.

Gaynor Golding, Training and Development Manager at Co-op Travel Group commented: “We were very pleased to hear that All Leisure Group was launching a new training programme and all of our teams will have completed this shortly.  The feedback we have received to date has been extremely positive and there is a much better understanding of this fantastic niche product.”

The online training programme has been designed to be highly visual with videos taking users through a selection of cruise video modules in up to three courses, supporting the three discovery brands.  The use of All Discovery Cruising employees as course guides enables the products to be detailed in a more personal, in-depth detail.  Plus, to celebrate National Cruise Week (19 – 26 September), any agent who completes the online training at will receive a free t-shirt.
