Infographic Warns Travellers to Exercise Caution at London Tube Stations

Between January 2015 and February 2016 alone, passengers reported 215 pickpocketing crimes.
Other hotspots for crime include Victoria Station, Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street, further emphasising the need for travellers and local commuters to remain vigilant with their belongings.
Statistics advise that the average value of each crime is over £400 and that women are more likely to be targeted than men. Further to that, passengers are more likely to be pickpocketed at the end of the work week, on Fridays.
Following a complete rundown of alarming statistics, the infographic provides detailed instructions for beating pickpockets. These include installing tracker applications, best practices for monitoring belongings and where to report a crime.
