Modern aircraft systems have attained outstanding levels of safety and reliability, yet incidents and accidents still occur. This puts even greater pressure on those who operate and maintain aircraft. The IATA Training and Qualification Initiative (ITQI) provides the tools to develop an effective selection process and training program in order to recruit the right people for the right job.

This two-day conference, organized in partnership with the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), will look at best practices for selection and training, focusing on pilots and maintenance personnel.
