Small Luxury Hotels of the World has launched a new loyalty programme – Invited.

The free-to-join programme replaces The Club of SLH and offers all members access to exclusive rates, guaranteed benefits and ‘Small Luxuries’ right from their first stay at any of its 500 small, independently minded hotels worldwide.

Travel agents should make sure that their clients have signed up to the new programme and bookings are made via eligible rate codes to take advantage of benefits, many of which are now guaranteed across the SLH portfolio.

Members can be advised to view their Invited status on a brand new loyalty hub which outlines current benefits and what they need to do to progress to the next tier.
