Tourism ministers join airline CEOs at World Routes
The seniority of delegates registered for World Routes, the 18th World Route Development Forum, is higher than at any previous events. This year has seen high-level registrations from all sectors of the industry, including airline and airport CEOs and ministers of tourism.

World Routes 2011 headed for Chicago

Cartagena de Indias has been named as host for the fifth annual Routes Americas event, to be held in 2013. Speaking at the official signing ceremony at the 17th World Route Development Forum in Berlin, Maria Claudia Gedeon, financial director of Cartagena – Rafael Nuñez International Airport said: “We are delighted to be hosting Routes Americas in 2013.”

Tolmachevo Airport appoints ASM to secure 21 new international routes
Novosibirsk Airport Tolmachevo, Russia’s sixth largest airport, has engaged Airport Strategy and Marketing to provide a wide range of strategic and tactical consultancy services to help the airport expand its international operations. The contract was signed today at World Routes 2011 in Berlin.

Berlin celebrates largest ever commercial aviation event
