Air Astana and S7 Airlines expand codeshare deal
Air Astana and S7 Airlines have strengthened their cooperation by signing a codeshare agreement for flights between Russia and Kazakhstan. Effective immediately, Air Astana flights from its hubs at Nur-Sultan and Almaty, to Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg now carry the code of S7 Airlines.

S7 takes delivery of first Boeing 737 MAX
Boeing and S7 Airlines have celebrated the delivery of the airline’s first 737 MAX, via lease from Air Lease Corporation. S7, operated by Globus Airlines, becomes the first Russian airline to fly the new and improved 737 plane.

S7 Airlines signs with Amadeus for Altéa passenger service
Russia’s second largest carrier, S7 Airlines, has signed for the full suite of Amadeus Altéa passenger service system solutions which include reservations, inventory, ticketing and departure control capabilities.

S7 Airlines takes delivery of first A320neo
S7 Airlines has taken delivery of its’ first A320neo, on lease from BOC Aviation. The aircraft is the first Airbus to feature the airline’s new livery and is also the first neo to be operated in Russia.

Japan Airlines expands codeshare deal with S7 of Russia
Japan Airlines and Russia’s S7 Airlines have agreed to further expand their codeshare cooperation by adding four new Russia-domestic destinations to JAL’s network.

Russian S7 Airlines signs distribution deal with Travelport
Russian S7 Airlines has signed up to Travelport’s industry-leading merchandising solution, Travelport Rich Content & Branding. Formerly known as Siberia Airlines S7 is headquartered in Novosibirsk Oblast, Siberia, and currently operates flights in Russia, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe, the Middle East, south-east Asia and Asia Pacific.

Emirates enhances connectivity to Russia with S7 deal
Emirates and Russian carrier S7 Airlines have enhanced their partnership which is set to improve connectivity and benefits for customers across Russia. Emirates and S7 Airlines have been in an interline partnership since 2003 which was further enhanced in 2008. The new codeshare deal further builds on this strong partnership and sees the Emirates code added to more than 30 routes operated by S7 Airlines across Russia as well as on S7’s twice weekly service between Dubai to Novosibirsk.

Etihad Airways expands codeshare deal with S7
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is expanding its codeshare partnership with S7 Airlines to cover eight additional destinations from the Russian carrier’s Moscow hub.Effective January 16th 2016, Etihad Airways will place its EY code on S7 Airlines’ domestic services between Moscow and Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Novy Urengoy, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don and Sochi.

Qatar Airways strengthens ties with oneworld partner S7
Qatar Airways has strengthened its relationship with fellow oneworld member S7 Airlines, with the implementation of additional code-share routes across its network. Qatar Airways first launched a code-share agreement with S7 Airlines late last year, allowing Qatar Airways’ passengers travelling from Doha to be able to connect onto destinations with S7 Airlines including Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Omsk, Perm, Rostov, Saint Petersburg, Samara, Sochi, Tyumen and Yekaterinburg.

S7 Airlines rolls out OpenJaw t-Retail Platform
One of Russia’s largest airlines, and oneworld alliance member, S7 Airlines, has announced it has successfully deployed the complete OpenJaw t-Retail Platform. The dynamic t-Retail Platform provides independent flight shopping, and merchandising of a full range of air and non-air products, on a single platform, for revenue or redemption.

Finnair links with S7 Airlines for codeshare deal
Finnair and fellow oneworld alliance member S7 Airlines have agreed to new codeshare arrangements. From April 26th, Finnair code will be added to S7’s new service between Helsinki and Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport, as well as to selected onward S7 services from Domodedovo to Novosibirsk, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Ufa and Yekaterinburg.
