Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by global real estate investment firm Qatari Diar to manage a new hotel located on picturesque Grosvenor Square in London’s prestigious Mayfair.

Rosewood London has confirmed the appointment of Remus Palimaru as hotel manager. In his new role, Palimaru will report directly to managing director, Michael Bonsor, overseeing all hotel operations from its 262 rooms and 44 suites, to Scarfe’s Bar, The Mirror Room, Holborn Dining Room and Sense Spa.

To support its robust global expansion, Rosewood Hotel Group has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Michael Dojlidko as senior vice president – general counsel and group head of legal.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open the ultra-luxury brand’s first Hong Kong property in 2018 in a prime Victoria Harbour waterfront location at the former New World Centre on Salisbury Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Rosewood Hong Kong will occupy 27 floors of a multi-use tower owned by New World Development Company, whose distinct form and glowing crown is destined to become an instantly recognizable landmark on the famous skyline.
