THAI launches OnAir connectivity on long-haul fleets
Thai Airways International (THAI) is launching THAI Sky Connect, which adds inflight connectivity to passenger inflight experience on the airline’s Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A380-800 aircraft. The connectivity is provided by OnAir.

OnAir partners with Global Xpress
OnAir has revealed that it will be an Inmarsat Distribution Partner for Global Xpress, the first global Ka-band network to provide inflight broadband connectivity for the aeronautical market from 2013.

OnAir has announced an agreement with Airblue, Pakistan’s fastest growing airline, to launch Mobile OnAir voice and data services on up to 12 of its Airbus A320 aircraft beginning in 2009.

OnAir has announced a contract with new Kuwait-based, full-service luxury airline Wataniya Airways. OnAir’s Mobile OnAir solution will be linefitted on Wataniya Airway’s fleet of new Airbus A320 aircraft, providing full inflight connectivity services.
Inflight Mobile Phone Use - A Step Closer to Reality
OnAir has partnered with the Airbus facility at Buxtehude to develop and seek certification for an airborne system for the commercial use of mobile phones on board aircraft.
