Oakwood takes trio of top titles at World Travel Awards
Oakwood Asia Pacific has been recognised with three top title by the World Travel Awards. Oakwood itself took the trophy for India’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand, while India’s Leading Serviced Apartments went to Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad.

Oakwood unveils expansion plans with introduction of Oakwood Studios
Oakwood Asia Pacific has shared new plans for aggressive growth and strategic expansion. Estimating a projected growth of over 40 per cent in portfolio size over the next two years, Dean Schreiber, manager director of Oakwood Asia Pacific explained: “We are observing an increasingly mobile workforce and a heightened awareness of serviced apartments and its advantages over hotel rooms.”

Oakwood signs on for latest property in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Oakwood Asia Pacific has confirmed a partnership with Plenitude Berhad to open the first Oakwood-branded property in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in the second half of 2016. Signing the agreement are Elsie Chua, chairman of the board of Plenitude Berhad and Dean Schreiber, managing director of Oakwood Asia Pacific.
Oakwood Apartments Brisbane set for spring opening
Oakwood Asia Pacific, which manages some of the finest serviced apartments for business and leisure travellers, has announced its expansion into Australia with a deal to manage Oakwood Apartments Brisbane, which is the first Oakwood-branded building in Australia. The company also announced Paul Wilsher’s appointment as general manager of the property.

Oakwood Worldwide has expanded its London portfolio with a freshly renovated six-unit building at 96 Leather Lane.
