HNA Group has appointed banks to seek out buyers of its majority stake in NH Hotel Group of Spain. The move comes after NH itself turned down a takeover offer from peer Barcelo.

NH Hotel Group and Pandox, a leading northern European property company, have entered into an agreement for the lease of the Bloom! and Berlaymont hotels in Brussels.

NH Hotel Group has announced plans to open a new nhow hotel, its trendy lifestyle brand, at Messe Frankfurt in the city’s flourishing Europaviertel. At the beginning of 2021, the nhow Frankfurt will open in the One office and hotel skyscraper complex being developed by CA Immo.
