Bulgari Hotels reveals plans for Paris property
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel in Paris, scheduled to open in 2020. The new opening will follow the ones in Beijing and Dubai in 2017, Shanghai in 2018 and Moscow in 2020, and thus bring the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection to eight properties, including Milan, London and Bali.

One Crown Place to launch new luxury Georgian hotel in 2020

Dominvs Group, the London-based real estate investment, development, and asset management company, has been granted planning consent from the City of Westminster for a hotel at 233-237 Old Marylebone Road.
The Student Hotel outlines plans for Vienna property
The Student Hotel will open its first Austrian co-living and co-working destination on the Nordbahnstrasse, at the heart of the up-and-coming second district of Vienna. Construction of the 37,878 sq m Student Hotel is expected to start in early 2018, for an opening in quarter two of 2020.
Radisson Red Riga on track for 2020 opening
The Rezidor Hotel Group has signed the first Radisson Red in Riga, Latvia, in collaboration with the Astor Group. The hotel will be located on Elizabates iela, in the heart of the city, and is expected to open its doors by 2020.

Malta to welcome Hard Rock Hotel in 2020

Scandic plans new hotel in Gothenburg
Scandic Hotels has signed a long-term lease agreement with the property company Vasakronan. The agreement covers the operation of a new hotel in the Platinan block, part of the new urban development project Älvstaden in Gothenburg.
