The European luxury hotel group has again signed a management contract with Grupo de Turismo Gaviota, the owning company behind both the Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habana and Cayo Guillermo Resort Kempinski.
The new Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski Dominica will open its doors to guests and exclusive clientele on the October 14th. The resort will be the second venture of Kempinski Hotels in this region and Dominica’s first-ever five-star resort.
Located on the island’s quiet west-coast, the refurbishment of the all-suite hotel has been overseen by the watchful eye of Sam de Teran who has transformed this iconic property into one of the chicest places to stay in the Caribbean.
AC Hotels by Marriott has announced the opening of AC Hotel Kingston. In a recent walk-through of the hotel, minister of tourism for Jamaica, Edmund Bartlett, said: “The debut of a brand like AC Hotels in Kingston will solidify the city’s status as a strong city tourism destination.”
