Hilton has announced the opening of Hilton Yantai, its second Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the northern coastal city of Yantai. Occupying levels one to six and levels 26 to 41 of the Shimao Skyscraper, a 323-meter tall building in the heart of the city, Hilton Yantai offers stunning city and sea views, and is surrounded by many historical attractions.

Located in Western China’s gateway city of Chengdu, the 289-room Waldorf Astoria Chengdu has opened to guests. The property is housed within the high-end 99 Plaza, a 190,000 square meter mixed-use development comprising a retail mall, office towers, and apartment towers.

Renaissance Pattaya has completed the recruitment of its new culinary team, in preparation for the resort’s opening in September. Creating a new dining destination in Pattaya, the resort will showcase three innovative outlets with contemporary fine dining at Pebbles Bar & Grill, home comforts with a twist at 609 Kitchen and fresh and healthy light bites at The Deli.

Fairfield by Marriott Nanning Nanhu Park has taken the brand into Greater China for the first time. Marriott International and Dossen International Group signed an exclusive development agreement to bring the Fairfield by Marriott brand to mainland China in September 2016.

W Hotels has unveiled W Shanghai – The Bund, located in the heart of one of the world’s most energetic cities. With views overlooking the Huangpu River, W Shanghai will set the scene on the North Bund.
