Jet2 has said it expects to lose £375-£385 million for the year to the end of March in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. In contrast, the leisure airline made a profit of £264 million in 2019.
“We have taken time to study the Global Travel Taskforce’s framework, and we are extremely disappointed at the lack of clarity and detail,” said Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com.
