The Gulf Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition gets underway on 26th March and delegate numbers are already up from last year. With more than 2,500 attendees, 308 exhibitors from 34 countries and an increase in visitor pre-registration from last year, GIBTM is preparing for its most successful show yet.

With less than two weeks remaining until GIBTM - the leading event for the meetings, incentives and business travel industry in the Gulf Region (www.gibtm.com) - the organisers, Reed Travel Exhibitions, have announced that there will be 270 Hosted Buyers attending from countries across the globe with a new emphasis on Saudi meetings, events and business professionals with 25 confirmed to participate.

Three hundred Hosted Buyers with high spending power are expected to attend GIBTM (www.gibtm.com), an indication of high-value business in light of figures, which showed that 44% of Hosted Buyers attending GIBTM 2011 had an annual meetings budget of more than $1m. An increase in global applications for the GIBTM Hosted Buyer Programme suggests it will be the most successful edition yet.

Some of the worlds most influential industry leaders are preparing to converge in less than six weeks time at the highly anticipated 6th edition of GIBTM, the Gulf Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition from 26-28 March.
