Deer Jet has finalised the acquisition of Asia Jet Partners, known as Asia Jet. Following the signature of a shareholders agreement, Deer Jet-subsidiary Hong Kong Jet has acquired 100 per cent equity of Asia Jet. The acquisition will enhance Hong Kong Jet´s service capabilities, becoming one of the leading jet management and maintenance companies in the Asia Pacific region.
