Mr. YongAn Cui, the Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of the China International Friendship & Culture Festival, is leading a delegation of officials of his association, accompanied by a Chinese cultural group at the 2012 Carnaval International de Victoria, which is being hosted in Seychelles by two islands of the Indian Ocean Vanilla Islands group - Seychelles and La Reunion.
