Marriott International, Inc. today announced it expects to open 14 additional luxury properties in Asia Pacific by the end of 2023. The planned additions highlight the strategic growth of Marriott International’s luxury hotel portfolio in the region, where it currently operates 156 luxury properties.

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has announced an agreement with owner and developer Gary Safady for a new luxury resort in Los Angeles. The property will debut in early 2025.

Bulgari has signed an agreement for a new hotel in the centre of Rome, scheduled to open in 2022. The new Roman hotel will be strategically located in the central Piazza Augusto Imperatore.

The Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai will open on Wednesday June 20th. Located on the banks of Suzhou Creek, and part of the riverside urban revitalisation project of Suhe Creek, the property is the sixth in the collection.

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel in Paris, scheduled to open in 2020. The new opening will follow the ones in Beijing and Dubai in 2017, Shanghai in 2018 and Moscow in 2020, and thus bring the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection to eight properties, including Milan, London and Bali.

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Russian investor Alexey Bogachev to bring the luxury hospitality brand to Moscow. Moscow-based real estate development company Storm Properties is developer of the project. Plans for the Bulgari Hotel in Moscow have been announced, and it is expected to open in 2019.
