Royal Caribbean jobs boost for Antigua and Barbuda
Royal Caribbean has signed a memorandum of understanding with Antigua and Barbuda to offer thousands of job opportunities to the country’s population this summer. The deal was signed at Seatrade Cruise Global, taking place in Miami this week.

Virgin Atlantic to return to two more Caribbean destinations
Virgin Atlantic will relaunch flights to Antigua and Grenada on Monday. The services will join the four weekly flights to Barbados and twice weekly flights to Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The cabinet of Antigua & Barbuda has decided to close the V.C. Bird International airport to all incoming commercial traffic from tonight. To date, there have been no confirmed cases of community spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus in Antigua.

Royal Caribbean International has signed a partnership with the government of Antigua & Barbuda for the company’s first Royal Beach Club. With planning and development underway, the location is scheduled to break ground later this year.
