The holiday season in downtown Denver is truly magical, with nearly 600,000 lights illuminating downtown from Union Station to the City and County Building. 1. Weekend Getaway Package and White Christmas:
Take in the classic musical White Christmas and make a night of it with the Weekend Getaway Package at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. The package includes parking, eliminating the hassle of finding parking at the Denver Center for Performing Arts. Plus, a USD 100.00 credit is included, perfect for dinner before the show. EDGE Restaurant & Bar even offers a pre-theatere “Sport & Stage” value-priced menu. Guests of Four Seasons Hotel Denver also love that just one block away is the historic boutique shopping district of Larimer Square. 2. Wintertime Pampering:
When it’s cold outside, it’s nice to warm up in the pampering oasis of The Spa at Four Seasons. The spacious relaxation lounge featuring his-and-hers separate whirlpools, and eucalyptus steam rooms help take away the winter chills. With every 60-minute or greater Spa treatment, guests enjoy complimentary access to The Spa’s facilities, including the indoor steam room and whirlpool, fitness centre and outdoor rooftop pool (heated year-round) and outdoor whirlpool. New for fall/winter is an extraordinary line of Chardonnay Wine Therapy treatments with a powerful grape seed antioxidant treatment line called OLAVIE. 3. Yuletide Cheer:
Savour a holiday drink at EDGE Bar, such as a classic Hot Toddy or the Winter Treat martini, with Patron XO Café, butterscotch and creme de cacao. The EDGE Chocotini is a perpetual favourite, with 360 Double Chocolate vodka and Godiva liqueur. Enjoy a cozy seat by the double-sided fireplace in EDGE Bar.

4. Sweet Treats:
The front desk hot cider station is set up to welcome guests, and in addition, new fall/winter dessert items are now available at EDGE Restaurant & Bar. The favourite Baked Alaska has been updated with a salted butterscotch ice cream and Cocoa Krispies topping. Warm cinnamon doughnuts with a mascarpone affogato also are a treat, especially when paired with a delicious latte or hot chocolate. New to the EDGE dessert menu are a variety of ice creams and sorbets in delicious seasonal flavours, including cream cheese, baklava, chocolate mint sorbet, crunchy peanut butter, horchata, pumpkin pie, and more.

5. Haute Chocolates:
EDGE has a special menu of “adult” hot chocolates that contain a dash of specialty liquor for added flavour. The Naughty or Nice includes Stoli Salted Karamel, Bailey’s and caramel. The Sleigh Ride includes hazelnut, Disaronno and Jack Daniel’s; and the Snow Bird includes lavender milk, Stoli Chocolat and Frangelico. For the kids, two traditional options are available, the Frostbite with vanilla beans and raspberry sauce; and the Gingerbread Man with gingersnap crumbles.

6. Gourmet Popcorn & Peppermint Bark Class:
Fancy popcorn is all the rage right now, and Executive Pasty Chef Christopher Jordan is offering a special holiday class on how to make caramel and white chocolate pecan popcorn and salted caramel popcorn. He also will teach how to make peppermint fudge and popcorn bark.

7. Deck the Halls with Macaroons:
Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jordan will soon reveal his gourmet creation of a 13-foot-tall (four metre) Christmas tree, made entirely of macaroon cookies. Swing by Four Seasons Hotel Denver on December 4, National Cookie Day, and register to win a cool prize giveaway. Starting November 26, guests of Four Seasons Hotel Denver can enjoy complimentary cookies and hot apple cider, served daily in the lobby from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, featuring ginger snap and snow ball cookies.
