SAS Scandinavian Airlines has started operating its new direct route between Birmingham and Stockholm.

The first aircraft left Birmingham for Stockholm earlier.

The daily flights to Stockholm will operate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday using a 120-seater 737-600 aircraft.

Prices start from £104, one-way including all taxes and charges.
