Flemings Hotel, Mayfair has announced the appointment of Chris Penn who joins as General Manager on Monday.

Penn brings with him an impressive repertoire of achievements, highlighted by his dedication to customer service and sharp business skills.

His experience at some of London’s leading hotels demonstrates his depth of understanding of the desires and needs of the luxury consumer.

Previous to his appointment, Penn was instrumental in his role acting as Hotel Manager at The Cavendish Hotel in London.

Prior to this, Penn held the position of Resident Manager at The Stafford Hotel in London, where under his dynamic leadership the hotel saw considerable financial improvements and the development of The Stafford Mews.

Penn is dedicated to maintaining and, where possible, improving the gold standard of service at Flemings, joining a team who shares his commitment in delivering a truly exceptional experience at one of Mayfair’s finest hotels.
