Marriott International has confirmed the appointment of Vazid Shaikh as the new director of operations of Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park Bangkok.

Shaikh brings with him comprehensive experience of more than 15 years in hospitality industry from leading international hotels in Thailand, Malaysia and India with a strong
expertise on food & beverage operations and training.

Shaikh began his career with Marriott in 2005 at JW Marriott Mumbai, JW Marriott Pune, and Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit respectively.

Prior to joining Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park Bangkok, he Shaikh held the position of food and beverage operations manager at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park Bangkok is located in the heart of Bangkok.

The hotel is within easy walking distance or a short ride in the hotel’s complimentary tuk tuk to Phrom Phong BTS Skytrain station.

The 300 fully furnished suites range in size from 45 to 130 square meters with fully equipped kitchen and separated living and sleeping areas.

Facilities on-site are including restaurants, a 24-hour fitness centre, outdoor saltwater pool, spa, simulated golf, designated children’s activity room and courts for tennis, squash and badminton.
