PortAventura World Parks & Resort has welcomed Mark Robinson as its new chief commercial officer to strengthen the group’s position.
Robinson has a considerable amount of experience within the tourism industry.
During his career, he has taken on a variety of different roles, including president of Intercruises, a company that he set up in 2003, director of ground operations and on-board revenues for Festival Cruises and regional director for Spain & Portugal for First Choice Holidays among many others in the tourism sector where he has been involved for over 30 years.
His main objective at PortAventura World Parks & Resort will be to position PortAventura World internationally as Europe’s leading destination resort.
Robinson explained: “I am immensely proud to be a part of the PortAventura World team, especially as the recent launch of Ferrari Land.
“Within unique destination resort with three parks, five hotels, three golf courses and a beach club.”
