Four star players of the newly-crowned Barclays Premier League Champions Manchester City Football Club took to the white sands of Saadiyat Beach in Abu Dhabi for a fun kick-about earlier.

The players were in town ahead of their friendly against Al Ain Football Club in the Emirati team’s home city.

Right winger Jesus Navas, midfielder Fernandinho, striker Alvaro Negredo and left back Aleks Kolarov took advantage of the pristine Saadiyat Beach to kick around a football at the beachfront Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, as surprised and excited beachgoers looked on.

MCFC goes head-to-head with Al Ain FC, the most successful club in United Arab Emirates’ footballing history, Thursday May 15th at 19:00 at the Oasis City’s new iconic Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium.
