Lufthansa Pilots strike: Austrian Airlines assist customers
The flight operations of Austrian Airlines are not directly affected by the strike at Lufthansa. All flights provided by Austrian Airlines are operating normally. Also, codeshare flights which are operated by Austrian Airlines on behalf of both airlines are not affected from the strike. We are offering affected customers of these codeshare-flights a rebooking on a flight operated by Austrian Airlines exempt from charges - under the condition, that they originally booked their flights from 22. to 25. February 2010, the tickets have been issued before the 18. February 2010, the new travel date is before 31. March 2010 and the origin and destination of travel remains unchanged. In addition, customers have the right to cancel their flights for free.
