Invest Saudi took centre stage on day 1 of Expo Real
Exhibiting at Expo Real for the first time, Invest Saudi is leading a delegation of government entities and key Saudi developers – including the Real Estate General Authority, Diriyah Company, New Murabba and Roshn – to showcase the country’s unprecedented transformation in infrastructure, real estate, tourism and hospitality that creates a multitude of opportunities for investors from Europe and beyond.
KSA will spend US$1.8 trillion in construction and build 1.2 billion square metres of real estate by 2030. Saudi Arabia’s construction market offers more than 400 investment opportunities across the construction value chain, with over US$20 billion worth in building materials and services.

* Saudi Talks – a series of high level presentations and panel debates from key government and developer representatives – got under way with a sessions on the now-simplified processes for investing in KSA. Business licences can now be obtained in 3 hours (previously 3 days), with only 2 documents needed instead of the previous 12
* Jonathan Robinson, Chief Investment Officer at Diriyah, said that the company is on track to deliver its 14 sq km mixed-use development, located 15 minutes from the Saudi capital, Riyadh, with significant infrastructure and groundworks already completed. Diriyah is now ramping up engagement with investors to secure strategic, global partnerships across all asset classes, including infrastructure hospitality residential, mixed-use and cultural projects.
Today (Tuesday, day 2), Invest Saudi will lead a panel discussion in Expo Real’s discussion and networking forum: How the Saudi Giga Projects are redefining KSA’s Economy through Vision 2030 and beyond. The discussion will be led by Fahad AlHashem, Assistant Deputy Minister Investment Development at the Saudi Ministry of Investment, with key insights from leadership at
