Business Travel Market (BTM), the conference & exhibition event for European travel buyers, taking place on June 16th and 17th at ExCeL London, has teamed up with award winning corporate travel technology company conTgo to become the first event to use its Mobile Meeting Assistant (MMA) service to manage delegate communication before, during and after BTM.
The conTgo meetings management tool MMA will communicate intelligently with the delegates throughout the BTM event and send automated text reminders for meetings, ask for relevant feedback and input, and manage any last-minute agenda changes. The on-site help desk will use the system to allow delegates to request additional meetings with exhibitors, and vice versa, during the two day event.
The event, which this year aims to double its hosted buyer programme and reach across Europe and a further 20 countries. will be the first to use the conTgo technology in a UK conference environment.
