Gregory Rumpel and Jeffrey Davis promoted to MD of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels announces the promotion of Gregory Rumpel and Jeffrey Davis to Managing Director.
“Gregory and Jeffrey have both played an integral role in delivering superior client service and developing long-lasting relationships during their more than 30 years of combined real estate service. Gregory currently leads the Miami office where he focuses on hospitality investment sales throughout Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America. He has completed several high-profile transactions including the Viceroy and Continental South Beach. He received his diploma in architecture from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and holds a diploma in hospitality management from the William Blue College of Hospitality Management, Sydney Australia.
Jeffrey currently oversees the New York office, and co-leads, with Mathew Comfort, the group’s debt and equity capital markets platform in the United States. He has advised on and transacted in excess of $8 billion of high profile lodging transactions. He received his MBA in real estate finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, and also holds a B.A. in from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
